Show me your tutorials and I'll show you mine

I am such a craft whore.

Truly, if you can whip up a an urban folksy clothespin doll or insanely precise quilt I'll be your best friend.

Tell me you have a DIY shop or sell on Etsy and I'll send you love letters. In fact, I'm pretty sure Hillary of Wee Wonderful's thinks I'm nuts I've emailed her so many times trying to convince her that I pinky swear to take my pills beforehand if she'll meet me for coffee.

And Bella Dia had me at the felt houses, then she pulls this magic mushroom out of her crafty brain! It makes me free associate; Smurfs! Fairies! Felt! Shrooms! Happy!

I knew I was far gone when I found myself loitering in the Martha Stewart section of Michaels yesterday. Scoping out customers to see if there was anyone that looked like they knew their way around a gluegun. Seriously. Do you know anyone?

I just opened an etsy shop but I haven't sold anything. I have to get some of my cuter felt things in there...

I don't know where you live in Chciagoland, but we'd love to have you join our MeetUp in Schaumburg:
http://craftswap.meetup.com/16/
(Those are my little cute frogs on the greeting page)

It's a very relaxed group and we all do different kinds of crafts, not just one sort of thing. I'm into needlework and fabric, other people are scrappers and stampers.

I can't be at the November meeting, but if you come in December, I'll show you my Japanese craft book stash. Talk about obsession!

I love that mushroom.

Sorry, I have no craft shop or any real crafting talent!

Glue guns were made to make me pay for my sins. I have yet to use mine without suffering a burn. I'm sorry already! Stop that burning madness!

I'm pretty frickin' slick with a glue gun; I just wish the glue was strong enough to hold my Etsy work together. Instead, I'm forced to tweezer my way through the gloopy-gloppiest stinkiest cement ever made.

...for the love of craft!

Happy Holidays! =^.^=

I read your blog all the time and don't think I've ever commented, anyway, I LOVE etsy. I have a shop, http://www.kbotello.etsy.com . I sell handmade hair clips. Thought you might be interested in them for your cute little girl!!
And thanks for keeping me laughing.

I just want you to know that all the commenters sending me links to their Etsy shops are basically giving away crack to a junkie.
