Bloggy Giveaway

Closed - thanks for checking in! The earrings went to My Wild Raspberries.

I thought it would be fun to join in with the Bloggy Giveaways Quarterly Carnival. If you've never heard of it, it's a collection of blog contests that are going on within the same time period. After you sign up for this one, go check it out and see what you can win! We could all use some free stuff right about now.

Mom O Matic's Giveaway

Please leave a comment that tells me something you would like to see in my shop for the holidays. Could be an item from the past, or a new idea. Just give a girl some feedback. Then you will be entered into a random drawing to win a pair of Penny For Your Thoughts earrings. Leave your wise words by Halloween because the drawing is closed after October 31. Thanks!

Those earrings are So Cute! In fact, I was browsing around your Etsy shop, and I love many of the things you have for sale there :).

I've seen watches that women (used to) wear around their necks on a chain - how about the same idea as earrings? As long as they weren't too heavy, I think they'd be adorable!

It might be cool to provide the coin earrings in a choice of years... you know, people might want to pick them as birthday gifts for people born a certain year.

Becky said...

Lotta, I think you should be inspired by your love for oddball Santas...who wouldn't love a psycho Santa pendant to wear to the office Christmas party?!

Natalie said...

I would love to see lots of bling. Uh, not that I have anywhere to go that requires bling, but it might be nice to dress up while I clean the bathroom once in a while :)

Thanks for the giveaway!

Anything to do with sock monkeys would be nice.Sock monkey earrings would rock. Does anyone make those??? Or slinky earrings?? Mr. Potato head??

Lori said...

I would like to see little records as earrings :)

Elizabeth said...

I like the idea of psycho Santas, but my own idea was hair clips. I've been looking for some original ones that aren't too "girly".

Caroline said...

I absolutely love these earrings. I would use them as a Christmas gift for my friend. I also like the Cozy Lodge Charm Necklace. Thanks! Stop by my blog if you will!

I love these. what a great idea. I think any earrings that are unconventional are awesome. like... food earrings or common household items earrings. (knife and a fork. salt and pepper)

Such cute earrings! I think they'd be a new staple in my wardrobe!!!

I'd love to see some "mommy" oriented things in your etsy... We moms are suckers for mom+kid stuff!

I love the earrings! What a great idea.

I like the idea of the vintage jewlery....like reusing old stuff, from grandma's jewelry box (costume jewelry) and making it fresh again.

Hey! Those are cute!

And say, call me crazy, but I think a matching "penny for your thoughts" ring or bracelet could be just as fun!!

Kimberly said...

Oh my goodness! Those are too cute!!! I love it!!!

I love so many things on your site. How about a charm bracelet? You have so many wonderful charms, many of which have a "retro" feel to them. Why not combine them all to make a really cool bracelet? That would be a lot of fun to wear.

Thank you for a wonderful giveaway!

Sadly I don't knit. But I do embroider. Kinda.

I do have a pair of Sterling snowflake earrings in the shop!

I would love to see matching mommy/daugter products.

As you know, I LOVE your shop. Items that I particular like are the big button rings. I would love to see big, "chunky" (if that descriptor makes any sense!) button bracelets or something like that.

Cheers!

I love these earrings! An idea would be to do the penny earrings with certain years--kind of a custom order--for birth years, etc.

I would love to see a "in my little boys' pockets" set...maybe a jack from a jax set, a penny or other coin, a frog charm, a micromachine car, a little army man....you get the idea :D or something to represent a mother's children er um say 2 boys and a younger girl...hint hint :D
ty so very much for the chance to win these earrings, I love them as much as the rest of the items in your store! In fact, the first gift a boy ever gave me was in 3rd grade and it was a "penny ring" made out of a miniature penny!!!! These earrings brought back a flood of memories!

I think if there were a way to make something with marbles, it would be really cool. Maybe some earrings or a neat pendant?!! I played them all the time as a child so I have happy memories associated with them.
The penny earrings are really cool too!

I wish I had some valuable suggestions, but i love your shop as it is. Your jewelry is so creative, I don't think you should ask people 'what they'd like to see'. Just my opinion, but people are going to buy simply because of your unique designs.

I love the Fine Kettle Of Fish Sterling Silver Charm Necklace. Too neat!

robin_titan said...

Gosh! You're creations are so amazing!

hmm an idea? lets see....how about creating some earrings out of coca those old glass coca cola caps?

I love the Penny earrings and the comment one person left about having a variety of years for your customers to choose from. In fact, the ones you are giving away are just my year!

I love the vintage pink glass and think it would be nice without the other colored beads. It would be good to have as a necklace, bracelet, ring, and earrings.

Lori said...

I am a camel lover, so I would love to see something with camels.

Your Penny for Your Thoughts earrings are too cute. Of course, anything retro is really big right now. Suggestions for jewelry would be scrabble tiles, Lego blocks, Sorry gamepieces, etc. Good luck with your business.

I think it would be cool to have coin earrings and let people chose what year the coins are. This is great! Please enter me in your drawing!
