It's A Very ADD Christmas Giveaway

Contest closed - thanks for checking!
The winner is Amber Dawn!

So I totally forgot to include a couple of kickass contributions in the
Too Broke For Christmas giveaway!

Therefore, this last minute giveaway is for all the people out there most likely to mislabel their Christmas gifts. Burn their gingerbread cookies because they went on Twitter. Or wake up
on Christmas morning realizing that they had not purchased or washed any type of outfit for themselves to wear.

If this sounds even remotely like you..then put your name in to win these great gifts from LulusSandbar and GreebleMonkey.

You will win this pretty tin...

Filled with: Food goodies, Bath and Bodyworks products, and $25 gift cards from Target, Best Buy and Barnes and Noble. How awesome is that? This is all thanks to the Etsy shop LuluSandbar. Lulu has some really cool collage art in her shop too so be sure to take a peak.

And this beautiful 2009 photography calendar courtesy of the equally gorgeous Greeblemonkey. Her photography is stunning, and she manages to capture the color of her subjects in a way that will make your jaw drop.

I'll pick a winner on Wed!

Thanks!

That is why you see me wearing the same thing every Christmas!

LOL! Can you tell SC and I are sisters IRL? I was just going to say that I wear the same thing every Christmas too. (I didn't even know she had entered this!). Gah...guess I better add "pick new outfit" to my growing list of holiday tasks!

Wow...you just totally described me to a T. Except instead of burning the cookies because I was on Twitter, I was probably playing card golf on Bigfishgames.com. Or something on Pogo.com. Or reading blogs.

Dude. I haven't even put up my tree yet. This is the first year I am really dreading Christmas, and mostly because I'm just so far behind. Count me in!

Katie J said...

Count me in...my tree isn't up yet either!

stinebean said...

Please count me in too. I'm the type of mom who is sitting here absolutely shocked upon reading that some people buy a new outfit to wear Christmas day???? Isn't that the day you get to wear your favorite (ok, or the cleanest) pair of flannel/fleece pajamas and nobody cares? I'm all kinds of self conscious right about now.

Oh, and Katie: We haven't even bought our tree yet. I'll remember that detail probably about a week before Christmas if I'm luck or on Christmas Eve if I'm lucky.

stinebean said...

whoops, I don't know what happened to that last sentence. sorry!

Hahaha burn the cookies?? SO me. And my deal with the laundry is to forget to put my clothes in the dryer until I realize I have to be dressed. Wet clothes on Christmas? Not cool! hehe cute giveaways!! xo!

The gift cards would be so awesome. We have been out of town since before Thanksgiving and I have none (NONE!!!!) of my shopping done!
Well except for a few little things I bought from your etsy shop... (shameless, shameless of me I know)

You completely described me. See my attempt to burn down the house by melting white chocolate last December. Sigh.

So yeah, I'll enter this contest for sure!

Jen said...

Since I didn't win anything else it seems like it would be most fair for me to win this. Right? Right? Hello? Is this thing on?

Lola said...

I baked (ok, I mean burnt) sugar cookies while the family decorated the tree last Sunday. I'm still not hearing the end of that.

The gift certificates would really come in handy for us.

That's ok just stay in your PJ's all day who cares it's a Holiday right~! Just kidding. I have had to wait for load to dry on Christmas morning since the outfit I wanted to wear was sitting in the washing machine all night. I remembered the cookies and milk and filled the stockings but I forgot to fill the dryer~! Happy Holidays :)

Thanks for the great giveaway. Merry Christmas.

I wish we would adopt the plan used during gas rationing for celebrating Christmas. If you're born in an even year, celebrate on 12/25. If you're born in an odd year, celebrate on June 25th. It would stabilize the economy and anyone who forgot to get presents for people could claim their birthday was in the opposite category and avoid the whole thing.

Elizabeth M Thompson said...

Please enter me in your giveaway! And stop by and enter mine, too. Thanks!

Jen said...

What...wait...Christmas is coming...

Mags said...

I feel extra inadequate. I don't have outfits for Christmas even when I do have to get out of my PJ's. As far as burning things...one year I decided that I was a master baker and that I would make croissants from scratch. Bad idea. I fell asleep while they were in the oven. Black as night. I was just glad I didn't start a fire like I had with the pop tart (a whole other story). Thanks for the awesome giveaways!

Thank you for making adult ADD seem so cooland interesting.

I once repacked bakery bought cookies in a plastic shoebox to take to a party as a homemade fakeout. Only I grabbed the wrong plastic shoebox, the one I had also just bought to store our hamster food in. The sad thing is noone but me seemed shocked.

I just declined an invitation to do a holiday cookie swap for 6 dozen cookies. Cookie swap = too much pressure! Also, I won't be able to fit into my only Xmas outfit if I eat 6 dozen cookies.

These give-aways are so much fun! Thx, Lotta.

I haven't done a thing except buy Christmas cards! Geez, I used to do them up right after Thanksgiving and have them out by Dec 1. This Saturday I have 2 grand daughters coming to make truffles and trim the tree...I guess I should drag it out of storage by Friday, ha? The girls are 12 and 14 so this could take a lot of eggnog! Thanks!

The tree's been up for over a week and it only has about four ornaments on it. My husband and kids were out of town for four days and I still didn't get anything done. And clothes? Sh*t, I have NOTHING to wear on Christmas. It's a good thing my MIL always buys me pajamas.

I'm trying to keep one Christmas shirt clean for the Big Day, but with all the gatherings I don't think I have enough holiday clothes. A nice pair of fuzzy jamies sounds like a good bet. Besides we celebrate on Christmass eve. Happy Holidays and Blessings to all. Judie
